About

Hello! I am TzuYin (Jenny) and was previously a UI designer in a healthcare startup that focuses on designing websites and apps for online doctor consultancies. During this time, I also spent time expanding my skill-set. I taught myself HTML and CSS, which enabled me to build my own website and allowed me to communicate effectively with engineers in a better way.

I am recently graduated from MA service design in the University of the Arts London (UAL). In the meantime, I have done several projects with local councils and organizations to create the user-focused system by using design methods and toolkits.

All in all, I am confident working within a cross-functional team as I have a solid background engaging design end-to-end. In the future, I would like to keep engaging with users and aid the company’s user engagement in the process.
